How to use the Loyalty points

Earn points with every purchase, then use the accumulated points in your account to receive a discount.

Each time you place an order on our online store, the amount of your order before taxes and shipping fees converts as follows: $1 = 10 Loyalty Points. For example, if the subtotal of your shopping cart amounts to $90.85, you will receive 909 Loyalty Points credited to your account. Loyalty Points already accumulated in your account from previous orders can be converted into credit towards your current order at a rate of $0.05 discount per 10 Loyalty Points, or 1000 Loyalty Points = $5 discount, for example.

Loyalty Points earned from an order cannot be immediately used to reduce the amount of that order; they can only be used on a future order. You are not obligated to use the Loyalty Points already present in your account with every order. You can simply let them accumulate over time. Additionally, please note that the total discount obtained by redeeming Loyalty Points cannot exceed the amount of your order and therefore cannot be used to obtain a monetary refund.
