Melt a small amount of shea butter in the palm of your hand and apply to the parts of the body to be treated, massaging well until completely absorbed.
For an intensive hair treatment or a restorative massage, you can melt a good amount of shea butter in a double boiler and even add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. Be careful not to overheat the product by staying below 45°C and avoid using the microwave.
